Dr. Robin Bhavsar grew up in the Houston area. He knew even as young as four years old that he wanted to become a doctor. Dr. Robin Bhavsar received his degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in psychology. His Urology Fellowship was completed at Medical University of South Carolina. He chose to pursue urology because of the opportunity it provided to improve patients’ quality of life. Due to the high success rate of Urologic procedures, the results are often dramatic and patients get their lives back, said Bhavsar, adding that seeing this transformation makes him happy.
