Dr. Michael Bogdan is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is formally fellowship-trained in Cosmetic Surgery.  He is an active member of the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Bogdan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation.

Dr. Bogdan was born in Washington D.C., and raised in Rockville, Maryland.  Naturally gifted in science, technology, and mathematics, as a high school student, he was employed as a computer consultant for both the National Institutes of Health as well as the Montgomery County Public School system.  For his undergraduate education, Dr. Bogdan attended the University of Maryland, College Park, on a full academic scholarship.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Zoology. Dr. Bogdan was then selected into Stanford University’s Medical Scientist Training Program, where he received his Medical Doctorate.  He then continued on at Stanford for his residency training in Plastic Surgery.

After completing his residency, Dr. Bogdan moved to New York City to pursue his special interest in aesthetic surgery after being selected for the highly competitive world-renowned fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. During the fellowship, he benefited from the knowledge and expertise of many internationally known leaders in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery, and acquired cutting edge techniques for cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.  His level of expertise is evident in his surgical results, as demonstrated by the multitude of Before & After photos on his website.

Dr. Bogdan moved to Texas to raise his family, and runs a solo cosmetic surgery practice, where he focuses his interest in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and mommy-makeover procedures.
