Dr. Hugh Allen “Bo” Frederick specializes in problems involving the hand and wrist. He has a particular interest in wrist fractures, scaphoid fractures and non-unions, nerve and tendon injuries, sports injuries and arthritis. Dr. Frederick is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is board certified with an additional Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Frederick has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at local and national meetings. He also serves as the hand and wrist consultant for the Dallas Cowboys, Professional Bull Riders and SMU athletics.
