Dr. Evan D. Collins is the chief of the Houston Methodist Hand & Upper Extremity Center, and the hand specialist at Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is one of the top orthopaedic surgeons in Texas specializing in hand, wrist and elbow.
