A native of Fort Worth, Dr. Estil Vance trained in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins, then completed training in infectious diseases at the Harvard Combined Hospital Program. He subsequently trained in medical oncology at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard University. He practices at both Baylor University Medical Center and Medical City Dallas Hospital. He specializes in the treatment of malignant diseases of the blood and marrow, emphasizing bone marrow transplantation. He holds a mycosis fungoides clinic with Dr. Jennifer Cather. He participates in investigative trials for lymphoma, myeloma, leukemia, myelodysplasia, and other bone marrow disorders.
